About Aravian

Independent. Senior-led.
Accountable for outcomes.

We are a team of senior AI and data practitioners. We work with a specific type of organisation: one that has made a significant technology investment and needs it to perform, or one that is about to make that investment and wants to get it right first time.

What makes Aravian different

Three things we believe the market lacks.

We built Aravian around the gaps we saw in the market when we were practitioners working inside the programmes. These are the principles that shape every engagement we take on.

Genuinely independent

We do not take referral fees from technology vendors and we do not have preferred partners whose products we push regardless of fit. We recommend what is right for your situation. Where we do have a partnership with a platform vendor, we disclose it before we give an opinion on that product.

Senior practitioners, not managed graduates

Every Aravian engagement is run by people who have held senior technical and delivery roles inside organisations like yours. The person you meet in the first workshop is the person who does the work. There are no junior teams managed from a distance and no bait-and-switch on seniority.

Accountable for results, not just activity

Most delivery partners hand over and move on. We work in short, fixed cycles with measurable outputs at the end of each one. We do not run open-ended programmes where the effort is easy to see and the outcome is hard to find. What we commit to deliver at the start of a sprint, we deliver by the end of it.

Our story

We built Aravian because we had lived the problem ourselves.

We know what it feels like to sit across the table from a board asking hard questions about an AI programme that was supposed to be transforming the business and is not. We have been the technical lead in the room when a platform goes live and the results do not follow. We have written the reports, run the post-mortems, and diagnosed the failures. And we have seen, repeatedly, that the problem is almost never the technology.

The problem is what sits beneath the technology. The data is fragmented. The integrations are broken. The governance is missing. The team that implemented the platform has moved on, and nobody owns the outcome. We built Aravian to be the team that does own the outcome. Not a large consultancy with hundreds of generalists and a slide deck for every occasion. A small group of senior practitioners who cover the full lifecycle from strategy to live operations, who stay in the room until the results show up, and who will tell you the truth even when it is not what you were hoping to hear.

We are based in London and work with organisations across the UK and internationally. We run every engagement on an Augmented Delivery model: small teams of senior practitioners, AI-assisted tools for analysis and documentation, and a fixed-cycle operating rhythm that produces measurable outputs every four to six weeks. This is not a large-firm approach scaled down. It is a different approach entirely, built from the ground up for organisations that need senior expertise, fast delivery, and clear accountability.

Our operating model

Small teams. Short cycles. Measurable outputs.

These are the four operating principles that every Aravian engagement runs on, regardless of size or sector.

Principle 01

Two to four people, not twenty

We run every engagement in a small unit of senior specialists. There is no project coordination layer between the client and the team doing the work. Problems surface and get resolved quickly.

Principle 02

Fixed cycles, defined outputs

Work happens in four to six week sprints with a clearly defined deliverable at the end of each one. Not a progress report. Not a set of slides. A working output that can be measured against the agreed definition of done.

Principle 03

Capability transfer built in

We build alongside your team rather than instead of them. Every engagement includes structured knowledge transfer so your team can manage, extend, and operate what we build, without depending on us to do it.

Principle 04

Accountability after delivery

We do not walk away at go-live. Every implementation includes a 90-day period of active account stewardship. Managed services clients have a named senior contact accountable for the month-by-month results.

What we stand for

Four principles we do not negotiate on.

01

Honesty before convenience

We will tell you when a technology is not right for your situation, when an approach is unlikely to work, or when what you are asking for is not what the business needs. We would rather lose a piece of work than do it in a way that does not serve you well.

02

Evidence before opinion

We bring data, diagnostic findings, and specific evidence to every recommendation. We distinguish clearly between what we know, what we believe, and what is uncertain. If we do not have enough information to give a confident recommendation, we say so.

03

Delivery before documentation

We value working systems over elaborate design documents. We produce the documentation your team needs to operate what we build. We do not produce documentation as a substitute for delivering the thing itself.

04

Your team's capability, not dependence on ours

Our goal is not to make organisations dependent on Aravian. It is to build their internal capability so they can operate independently after we leave. If we have done our job well, you should need us less over time, not more.

Sectors we serve

Where we have the deepest experience.

Our practitioners have worked inside organisations across retail, consumer goods, manufacturing, financial services, and the public sector. We bring domain knowledge that generalist technology consultancies do not have, and we do not pretend to have expertise we do not possess.

Why organisations choose Aravian

Speed without headcount.

Our Augmented Delivery model pairs senior practitioners with AI-assisted analysis, documentation, and testing. A team of four Aravian practitioners produces the throughput and quality that traditional 15-person programmes take twice as long to deliver. Fixed cycles. Measurable outputs every sprint.

Board-level clarity, not delivery theatre.

Every engagement produces a report your board can read in ten minutes: what was done, what it cost, what it delivered, and what the next step is. No RAG status decks. No slide packs dressed up as strategy.

The same team from first call to final handover.

The practitioner you meet in the Discovery Workshop is the person who does the work and signs off the output. No handoffs to junior teams. No account management layer between you and the person accountable for delivery.

Transparent about how we work, always focused on what is right for you.

We hold partnerships with several platform vendors and ISVs. Where those partnerships exist, we tell you upfront. What does not change is the quality of our recommendation. We run every platform evaluation based on your situation, your data, and your business case, not on what generates a referral. If we have a commercial relationship with the platform that fits you best, you benefit from that relationship too.
